NextAI Expo is an invite-only event. Interested companies can apply for consideration via our Exhibitors page. We review applications for product relevance and track fit, then issue formal invites to successful applicants.
Our attendees are verified professionals — senior decision-makers, CXOs, and investors. They deserve a curated exhibitor floor, not a cluttered marketplace. Invite-only ensures every company on the floor genuinely belongs there and provides value to our audience.
Each exhibitor receives a virtual booth, the ability to run live product demo sessions, real-time chat with attendees, audience analytics, and track placement to target the most relevant audience. Full details are in the Event Kit sent upon receiving an invite.
We aim to respond to all applications within 5 business days. We review for product maturity, track fit, and audience relevance. Applying early increases your chance of securing a spot, as exhibitor places are limited.
