Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026 · See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nextaiexpo.com and the NextAI Expo virtual event (together, the "Service"), operated by NextAI Expo ("NextAI Expo," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or attending NextAI Expo as an attendee, or by applying to exhibit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About the event
NextAI Expo is a 100% virtual event running October 22–24, 2026, connecting attendees with exhibitors of AI‑first products, services and solutions through a swipe‑based discovery interface. We expect 1,000+ exhibitor products and 100,000 attendees, making NextAI Expo the largest AI event of 2026. Dates, features and event mechanics may be adjusted as we finalize the event and will be reflected on this site.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register as an attendee or exhibitor. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you.
4. Attendee access
Attendee access to NextAI Expo is free of charge. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or revoke access for violations of these Terms, including abusive behavior toward exhibitors or other attendees, automated scraping of the swipe feed, or attempts to circumvent event security.
5. Exhibitor plans & payment
Exhibitors may apply for one of three plans:
- Basic — free, includes a showcase page with a link to the exhibitor's website.
- Pro — $500 per event, includes 3x the visibility of Basic, a video demo, and direct messaging with attendees.
- Prime — $1,000 per event, includes 3x the visibility of Pro (9x Basic), a video demo, direct messaging, and a custom booth background color matching the exhibitor's brand.
Pro and Prime fees are invoiced upon application approval and are due before the exhibitor's showcase page goes live. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, exhibitor fees are non‑refundable once a showcase page has been published, but are fully refundable if paid prior to approval and the application is declined.
6. Exhibitor content & conduct
Exhibitors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their showcase pages, including product descriptions, demo videos, pricing, and claims about their AI products. Exhibitor content must not be false, misleading, infringing, or in violation of applicable law. We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any exhibitor showcase page or application at our discretion, including for failing to meet our "AI‑first" curation criteria.
7. Attendee & exhibitor conduct
When using direct messaging or any other interactive feature of the Service, you agree not to send unsolicited commercial messages outside the context of your NextAI Expo interactions, harass or abuse other users, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misuse the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
8. Intellectual property
The NextAI Expo name, logo, website design, and swipe interface are the property of NextAI Expo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. Exhibitors retain ownership of the content they upload (logos, descriptions, demo videos) and grant NextAI Expo a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the Service for the duration of the event and reasonable promotional purposes thereafter.
9. Third‑party links
Showcase pages may link to exhibitor websites and other third‑party services that are not owned or controlled by NextAI Expo. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third‑party site you access through the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service, including all exhibitor content, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NextAI Expo does not endorse, guarantee, or vouch for the accuracy of any exhibitor's claims about their AI products. Attendees are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship with an exhibitor.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextAI Expo and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Event changes & cancellation
We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, format, or features, or to postpone or cancel the event, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees and exhibitors and address exhibitor fees already collected.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, exhibitors, or NextAI Expo.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which NextAI Expo is organized, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@nextaiexpo.com or via our contact page.
